Our line of work means that we are date controllers as well as data processors.  The Information we collect allows us to communicate with you and provide a professional service.  We will collect information such as:-

Any information provided to us will be used solely to comply with our legal obligations and to fulfil the task that you have instructed us to complete.  We do not hold information that is not required to complete the professional service we offer.

How we secure it

To follow current UK guidelines we must hold your personal data for a minimum of 6 years.  This data will either be hard copy which will be kept under lock and key, or virtual in which case the information will be password protected.

Who might we share your information with?

In order for us to maintain an efficient service we may share your details with third parties in order for professional compliance, accounting services as well as software providers that we use to execute our job role.  The third parties will only process your data with our instruction.  Each of these third parties will have their own privacy statement, a list of these third party providers will be made available to you on request.

How users can control any aspect of this

As a client you have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, it is important that the data we hold is up to date and so any information we hold can be amended, removed or corrected due to a change of circumstance.
